Before and After School Club

The Before and After School Club (BASC) is located in the Liv Milan BASC Building on campus. The Before and After School Club provides quality, adult supervision and student activities on a parent-pay basis for Sleepy Hollow children in grades TK-5 from 7am-6pm on school days. The activities vary and may include sports, cooking, art, etc.

The club is sponsored by the Sleepy Hollow Parents' Club and is directed by Pia Westeson and Assistant Director Kim Shaw.

If you need your child to go to BASC and he/she does not know, please call us at (925) 258-6461 and we will make sure he/she will be taken care of. Our email address is shbasc@orinda.k12.ca.us. Note the emails are checked at 7am, 11am, 2pm and 6pm.

PLEASE NOTE: Our intention is to run the SH BASC to the full extent in the 2021-22 school year but given the uncertainty caused by COVID-19 and potential restrictions enacted by the California Dept. of Public Health or Contra Costa County Public Health Services in response to rising cases, we are subject to change. If Sleepy Hollow Parents’ Club is required to adjust the BASC program offerings, all families will be notified

Log in to the Parent Portal:

1. Go to MyProcare 
2. Enter your email address (the email you have on file with us) and choose Go.
3. Enter the confirmation code sent to your email, choose a password, and press Go.
4. Then you may:
   1. View your child’s time card, pay your bill, and more.
   2. Use the pay button to make a payment with your credit card.

Once you receive the emailed invoice, there are many ways to pay:

• Write a check or bring cash and drop it off at BASC or in the front office BASC bin.
• Go into your online banking account and set up BASC as a recipient of payment. The bank will then send me a check for the amount you enter. Our contact information is SH BASC, 20 Washington Lane, Orinda, CA 94563
• Go into the portal and make a payment. Click on the green "Pay." ***There is a 2.75% fee for credit cards.
• Set up an auto payment. If you are interested in this option, please email me and I can get you the form. You can use a credit card (2.75% fee) or a bank account (1% fee) for this feature.
